What ARE you rushing for? That's an important question to ask yourself for many reasons.


Here's what I'm learning:


1. Things take time. I often rush when I'm anxious about the future; not focusing on the present.
2. Rushing is a direct response to linear, capitalist views of time. Everything doesn't have to happen one thing/step after the other.
3. There is a difference between rushing towards a goal and following a steady stream of energy. I choose to let my energy lead the way.
4. It’s okay to PAUSE and come back. When I allow this to happen, the end result is often amazing!

Today’s meditation included me forgiving myself, feeling all the feels and intentionally napping to close out the week!

- peace

- authenticity 

Then do 10, ten-second breathing exercises while you pause + center & feel flow.
